In pink, with separation of the must from the skins with soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Sparkling process terminated throughout scheduled and selected yeasts stirring.

Perfect paired with happy hour snacks (venetian “cicchetti”), and light starters; it is perfect while eating sea food dishes.
